 New User Request Form - AssetWorks

   The following changes will be made to be in compliance with Delta's ISS Security Policy

•   Password complexity will require a combination of letters and numbers (uppercase and lowercase) with a minimum of 8 characters
•   User idle time will be set at 30 minutes
•   User lock out threshold set to 6 failed log in attempts
•   Password lifetime will be set to 90 days
•   Users will become disabled after 90 days of inactivity (system log ins)
